Calling All Dogs for Bark in the Park!
The Humane Society of McDonough County will be having its annual Bark in the Park event on Saturday, October 2. It will be in Chandler Park in Macomb. All dogs and their families are invited! Registration begins at 9:00 am, with a Dog Parade around the Square at 10:00 am. Various activities will be held throughout the day between 9:00am - 12:30pm. A registration fee of only $7 gets you a Bark Bandanna, a ribbon, a goodie bag and participation in all of the day’s activities which include games for doggie prizes, entrance into the costume contests, a K-9 demonstration (a must see for all dogs) and much more! No prior registration necessary, just show up on a leash at 9:00am to register!
